The Forum is jointly organised by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) and Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co Ltd (Cyberport).
The theme of the APBF 2018 is “Harnessing Business to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through Technology, Innovation and Financing”. The Forum aims to identify how regional leaders can strengthen business engagement in achieving inclusive and sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region. Specifically, the Forum will discuss how private sector-led innovation, technology and financing can enhance efforts towards achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and associated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The multi-stakeholder setting of the Forum enables effective engagement among policymakers, business sector representatives, international agencies, civil society organizations and academics across the 53 member states of UN ESCAP.

The Conscious Festival

The Conscious Festival is an annual event by Green Is The New Black run in multiple cities in Asia, empowering people with the knowledge and inspiration they need to take positive actions for their life and work.
This year in Hong Kong, The Conscious Festival will be a 3-day celebration of Earth Day. The first day will focus on making businesses circular, including The UnConference. The following two days will be dedicated to individuals and families who want to live more consciously. Together we can do more with less and reduce our collective footprint the planet.
