Eileen is the Chief Human Resources Officer of CLP Holdings Limited, one of the largest investor-owned power businesses in Asia-Pacific with investments in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, India, Taiwan Region and Thailand. She is responsible for all human resources related matters across the Group. Eileen currently co- chairs the People Forum at AustCham.

Eileen commenced her professional career as an engineer before moving into management consulting with McKinsey & Company and subsequently into general management and senior human resources roles in the airlines, chemicals and retail sectors in Australia. Before joining CLP in 2019, she led Human Resources for Orica, an

ASX-listed global mining and civil explosives company.
Eileen holds a master’s degree in manufacturing sciences and engineering, and gained an MBA from the University of Melbourne as a Murdoch Scholar.
