AustCham Hong Kong works with members to identify issues impacting Australian businesses and the international community living and working in Hong Kong, as well as the Hong Kong and international business community investing in Australia.
The Chamber has regular meetings with officials from Australian Federal and State governments, and the Hong Kong SAR Government. We aim to provide insights and connections to members on government developments, as well as increase the understanding of the Australia-Hong Kong business, political and economic relationship. We work closely with government representatives to advocate on behalf of AustCham members and provide high level dialogues, briefings and access to government officials.
The Chamber works with its Committees and membership to develop policy positions, prepare submissions on emerging legislation or government policy and inform government of the views of members.
