Gary Seib
Gary is a dispute resolution lawyer focusing on commercial disputes – both international arbitration and litigation. His practice focuses on companies, corporate governance and joint venture disputes, restructuring and insolvency, cybersecurity and private wealth management disputes. He works with clients across the Financial Services, Industrials, Professional Services, Transportation and TMT sectors. Gary is admitted as a lawyer in Australia (NSW), England & Wales and Hong Kong.
Gary has served in a number of leadership roles in his firm, including on its Global Executive Committee.
Gary is a Fellow of the HK Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Gary graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting major) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). Gary initially practiced as an accountant at an international firm before practicing law.
