Scott has been based in Hong Kong since 2006 and joined Macquarie in 2000 with a chartered accounting background. Scott is the COG Asia Chief Operating Officer and was appointed as the Hong Kong Office Head in 2019. In his role as Asia COO Scott leads a corporate operations team of more that more than 1,500 staff across 12 offices throughout the region.  In his role as the Hong Kong Office Head Scott provides office leadership to an office of more than 400 staff.

Scott sits on the Macquarie Asia Management Committee and is a strong advocate for promoting DEI in the workplace.  Scott has been a member Macquarie Asia’s DEI Committee, and he chairs the Hong Kong office community advisory committee promoting staff engagement with our various Foundation partners in Hong Kong.
